It's Monday and I am in the mood to cook. I have so many recipes in mind that I want to try. The weather wants me to try something that opposes it, need a thing to sip in this cold Monday afternoon.
After shift, since our office is just located in Abreeza Mall in Davao City, I went to the groceries to take a look on ingredients that fits what I am craving for.
I am seeing the usual, pork, beef, fish and chicken then what makes me decide to cook this delicious food is it's scarcity in the market. Seldom this can be seen on markets due to the season it can be caught.
This delectable shrimp found in Robinsons Supermarket in Abreeza mall makes my tongue wanting to eat it raw. With garlic, onion and ginger and misua stock at home, it is a Shrimp Misua Monday.
Later did I realize, I should avoid it because it triggers asthma. Good luck to me!
HOW IS IT DONE

2 tbsp cooking oil
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small-sized onion, chopped into small pieces

salt
Procedure
